Two friends, Paolo and Benny, from Melbourne, Australia, we have always been passionate about food and exploring different cuisines. During our travels to Italy and Vietnam, we fell in love with the authentic pasta dishes we tried, and we knew that we had to bring that same taste and experience to the vibrant and exciting city of Ho Chi Minh by starting our own pasta cafe.

The name “Lelune” was chosen to reflect our values and vision for our cafe. In Italian, and we believe that our pasta cafe should be a place where friends can gather to enjoy good coffee and tell stories. We want to create a space where people can come together to connect, share ideas, and create meaningful relationships.

The experience of travelling to Treviso and tasting the authentic Tiramisu was truly unforgettable. We had the chance to indulge in the flavors and textures of this beloved dessert in the place where it all began. After sampling the Tiramisu in Treviso, we decided to put our own spin on this classic dessert. We experimented with different ratios of ingredients, adjusting the sweetness and richness to create a Tiramisu that was perfectly balanced and uniquely our own. We took great care to source high-quality ingredients and use traditional methods to create a dessert that honors the history and culture of this beloved Italian delicacy.
